Who should I talk to regarding Intellectual inteligence?

I have intellectual intelligence and entertainment property that needs to get to a company or government to make this world better for our future and I would really like to talk to someone ASAP.

I don't know if you want to retain any rights in this new device yourself or not. If so I would suggest that you contact the Oregon State Bar attorney referral program and ask for an attorney that specializes in intellectual property law. Don't use the tern "intellectual intelligence" any more if you want people to take you seriously.

Your first step is to retain intellectual property counsel to represent you. You need to obtain a legal opinion concerning whether you are free to proceed with your business plan without violating intellectual property rights held by others. Further, you need to develop a written business plan. There are no shortcut in a situation like this
