Can I include quotes in a company manual?

I am responsible for making a company manual for an upcoming convention. Are we at any kind of risk if we publish an array of modern and older quotes (mostly from authors) within this manual? We will give attribution.

Only if a copyright infringement action is brought by current holders. Probably not if you attribute the quotes.
